Rodney Shull graduated from high school in Harrisonburg Virginia, in 1981, after which he completed two years of carpentry training at Massanhutten VoTech, with additional training in masonry, blue print reading and public relations. He has had a distinguished construction related career, first as a framing and finish trim sub-contractor and as a customer service manager.
